I really love the concept of a wildlife area in Pokémon, and they have this in the form of the Safari Zone. The idea came to me after I watched a YouTube video about which Pokémon species could fight 1 billion lions, a strange trend type of videos that really blew up in popularity for some reason. But I dig it like Diglett. Some of my favorite Safari encountered Pokémon are Girafarig, Houndour (which appears in Emerald, apparently. I haven't played Emerald, I own only Ruby), and the Pokémon I chose to do some art of -- Rhyhorn.
I have been on an actual safari trip a couple years ago, when my whole family went to Africa and visited Cape Town, Robben Island, a theme park called ''Sun City'', and took daily safari trips near the local National Park where we saw elephants, zebras, lions and other awesome animals from up-close. It was really cool!
