Some concept art done by my bud, TRASH_MOORE when he was helping me conceptualize Tom's new outfit for the soft reboot.
The whole goal of the change was to go for something more 'Tactical Casual' along with giving him something more iconic via a logo on his shirt. With how Tom's design has progressed from here it was the best decision I made for his character!
