It would certainly be cool having him in control of someone like that, at the same time cellarius never really showed any signs of brainwashing either so...its hard to tell if he'd be angry at the freed slaves here or not

I am anticipating that there's been some really bad blood between eel and octogal from the beginning before he was enlisted, and now vengeance will be had. Either that or he's loyal without a contract for equally lore-heavy reasons, and we're about to witness an underwater slaughter. Either way; the hype is real.
