Wow that's very creative. First of tie-in the dragon with a bird species, my favourite at that, due to the body colour is genius. Soft blue to still keep the moody and dark atmosphere around the character, because red would contrast too much and because ravens are actually very dark shade of blue. And lastly... The glow. I just love glowy things too much. Corvids do as well. Btw blue is also a colour of jackdaws eyes and they're corvid species too, which is fun fact I've remembered looking at it. Overall you combined all the corvid and dragon things together and have designed a very cute dragoness. Hope you will keep up the creativity like that, I wish you more success in the future!
