I've got a question..something I've been curious about for quite a long time...how do you make those layouts for the lines?

you mean how do I make panels on a page?

I use adobe photoshop to make black lines and then draw usually within them.

I draw Tygar by hand, Wolf's den I draw on the computer. So I make the panels, then draw a sketch within those panels, then do the line art and start filling in with color and finally add the light and shadows and then bubbles.

Make sense?

I love her colored pointed ears! Fashion statement, or species natural? Hmm... the other markings look like tattooes, so I'm gonna say fashion statement. :D
