Pachirisu can breed with the Nidoran family (which themselves can be bred with the Aggron) family. There are probably other combos, too.

I wouldnt think so, I recently experimented with this and it actually works. Pachirisu can make Aggrons, well not from the start but as they evolve towards an Aggron xD
