Moxxie got a panic attack imagining about Peter invading Hell to get Kathy back and well Moxxie wasn't the only who got information about Peter, others more prominent figures got a look on who he was and the things that he do and well they got scared too, some as much or worst then Moxxie.

After that Peter's "infamy" got spread in Hell like wild fire, mostly via half truths, exaggerated stories, lies and even some full truth about that Peter got known as "The Angel of Death" (They don't know he is just a super human), that they some straight forward fear him, others sort of fear him but they think he doesn't exist, others even admire him and well one individual who by learning what as going got jealous and hatred for Peter, the King of Hell himself Lucifer Morningstar.

Lucifer learns the truth about Peter and he just seething in hatred over a man that doesn't even live his own realm and is not even in his universe, well the reason is that Peter overall is a better person that he is, better leader and a better father. And Lucifer feels that Peter wants to take his place, but that's not true because why Peter will be interested in be a king of terrible place like Hell... maybe there is something about Peter that Lucifer can't stand... something divine... is not Peter... but looks like Peter in a way.
