Considering the dotted lines all over her subject I'm willing to bet it's a lot more than just the transplantation of one forged heart.
The details are fascinating, though. The... android? Automaton?... is beautiful. I would almost just let her harvest my organs. XD

Seriously though this is an amazing piece overall. A striking contrast between the organic and the mechanical, with a (somewhat literal) centerpiece putting them together.

I'd let her do it, if it involved upgrading. Considering she's holding a mechanical organ, that might be the case. (Something something flesh is weak).
