This little gem is my entry piece to DolphinMoana's Origins Contest back in DeviantART, where the name of the game is to take a scene from her story, Kung Fu Panda: Origins, and bring it to life with an illustration.
My pick is the plot-important revelation as Po, after reading the letter Mr. Ping snuck into his pocket, comes to the shocking conclusion that the Big Bad, Izotakeshi they've been after all this time is none other than his long lost father, whom was said to have been murdered by Izotakeshi himself.
I pictured this scene when Po finished reading that letter everything around him just faded into darkness, the scary face of Izotakeshi burned in his mind as he tried to picture his father under all that battle-worn and scarred body.
