She knows. She catches flak from visiting doctors (the ones where she works don't care).

She's an EMT & surgeon at a spaceport's hospital, specializing in their roughest cases. During a group's attempted coup & takeover when the spaceport opened, they took a few hostages. A few of them beat her savagely, which is one of the factors in its failure. She's been reconstructed quite a bit, with new eyes and several internal organs replaced (her right eye was always gray) but she's still slightly off-kilter, and her whiskers are always bent.

If you got injured because you made a really stupid decision, she'll be extremely blunt. She's as vulgar as is necessary in an emergency situation. But normally, no. Just seemingly slightly grumpy. Kids love her, though.

She got the scars after she fell of a bike as a teenager.
