Stone the crows, a banger dish from

A pub classic!
Ingredients:
3 chopped onions
2 5-packs of English bangers
1/2 bag of spuds
1tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 block fave cheese
1 packet gravy mix
1/4 stick of butter
2tbsp mayo or sour cream
Recipe:
1-peel spuds and boil until soft to fork touch, then after draining liquid mash with shredded cheese, mayo/sour cream and butter
2-boil sausages until internal is fully cooked, then fry both sides along with onions until caramelized
3-prepare gravy as instructed on package
4-plate and enjoy!
