Ruler of the known fourteen galaxies, and the first truly successful inheritor of Dirge. Having swayed almost the entirety of the fourteen with the aid of his divine boons, he holds the lowest body count of the tyrants who have taken rise in the known territories before him.

The Tirtryan Empire is all but crippled, having only their leader's capital citadel ship, the Dincaieda, as their final refuge among the stars. The only other competition that remains is a resistance force on a space station he once called home, and the hybrid-despising kingdom of Vallendorf, the latter holding enough space territory for stiff resistance against Lord Vulza'aln's empire.
