Though iam dissapointed we didn't get a whole page of the human worshipping the male argonians feet with the female argonian puking her guts up in disgust
my prediction is that the crew are going to do several pages of silly bumbling their way around narrowingly avoiding assassination in the silliest ways possible(alah leslie neilson movies). Which I'd thoroughly enjoy

I believe the quality of the gear makes a big difference, Pussywillow had a novice mage hood on when they became a nerd, so a higher quality gear could potentially have a different more beneficial effect, especially if they were to use the really high quality stuff like the archmages robes.
plus at minimum we do definitely know that new gear can have have a mental effect considering what the forswarn gear did to the dragonborn.

Found your comics from a /v/ thread and I gotta say I am hooked and cooked because your art style and take on TF is absolutely boner fuel city.
I always kinda liked TF but you genuinely solidified my TF fetish a thousand times fold because of this series.
