In places where alot of people hang out outdoors, animals like squirrels and birds tend to be less afraid of humans, you could probably get much closer that way. :3
Like I was at the beach the other day, and seagulls were landing on the trashcan next to my table so I looked at it and I was like.... ._. SQUAA!! And it just kinda stared at me. And I'm no french fries for you!!!
