If you're making a comic you just gotta have those kinds of characters that are just so evil that you can tell just by looking at them right? lol There weren't many "evil" characters in my little demented comic universe. This was one of the few and his name was Legeus. Like most of my characters, especially the "evil" ones, he existed mostly in concept. I made very few drawings of him though actually. This one was made 5 years ago.

But anyway... he was supposed to be your run of the mill extra creepy super killer that "evil" companies or individuals hired to do their dirty work. I was planning to have him go crazy at one point in time though and have him find his way to a very current-day-earth like planet to terrorize it like a demon by waging a one man war against civil order.
