character notes.γa famous racing bike in a futuristic version of unova; considered somewhat of a celebrity. doesn't phonate like other pokΓ©mon (ie dumbly screaming their species name): rather he makes conventional noises (draconic growling, roaring, etc. with a metallic edge) and is also capable of fluent human speech (has an american midwest accent). doesn't go out of his way to fight but can hold his own; specializes in striking fast and hard. will sulk for hours if beaten in a race, but isn't truly a poor sport. kept in a luxury ball, but doesn't like being put into it. uses he/him pronouns, but species data still registers him as genderless.
design notes.γpale lavender parts (tongue, head, 'seat') are leather and quite soft; the stripes on them are stitched in. antennas match his eyelids but his electricity/energy is almost always turned on, so you won't see them very often.
