After a change in leadership at the church Cripto and his family had been attending causes problems, they change their allegiance to (ironically) the church that his grandmother, the late Chloe Clements had been attending, by transfer of letter. This causes the former to realize their mistakes, and soon they fix their problems, even though the Knight family won't be returning.
Loosely based on a true story.
