I just thought... who is the most unlikely character I can pose Cynder with? And Moneybags is who I came up with. Probably the two most well known characters from their games aside from Spyro himself.

At first it was "what if Cynder was one of the captives in Year of the Dragon?" or "What if Cynder owed MB money and was working for her freedom or something?" or "What if Cynder just likes bling as much as MB and they teamed up to take Spyro for everything he has?" or "What if Cynder was in the egg MB found at the end of YotD"...

And various other unholy ideas.

Like I said. I can't explain it but I kind of love and hate it.
