So this is unconventional, true, but today I was watching a Crayon Shin-Chan anime with a friend, this one on Prime that's a spin-off series that was kind of a sci-fi thing with the main characters, and one of the characters in it is this alien dude named Takosube Marude, who is like
a total boyfailure, and I thought he was really cute, so I've been sharing him on some of my accounts and figured, might as well be as good a time as any to try and make a post here about him, because yea, he's very cute. ^^
And he gains weight throughout the series! Which is also a plus! Excuse the crustiness of some of these screengrabs, outside of the show itself, there's almost nothing out there on this series, so I had to go through random sites and the videos I could find to get screengrabs of him. And excuse how rough the layout is, I didn't exactly plan it out, just kind of layered the images out improvisatorily, and just wanted to highlight his cuteness as best as I could lol.

Might do more posts like this of obscure characters I want to highlight if this one works out, I know a lot of them! Of course doing art is a great way to highlight them too, but I just felt like taking a different approach this time to get some attention on this dude. (I will draw him too though considering he does have a legit wg scene I can work with lol.)
