I drew a Fatal Dragon character. Surprise and something like that. One of my favorite characters that I used to draw is Shinriya, the Dragon God of Eternal Darkness. Finally gotten around to doing this picture of this cold character who's apparently looking down on anyone. Alright. Anyway, this is the male version of Shinriya (not to be confused to a Rule 63/64) due to my deities and divine beings "choose" what genders they would want to represent. In Shinriya's case, he/she doesn't care in which interpretation the character sees him/her. If it's body is in one form, maybe a few seconds later, or next turn, it'll be the other.
