I am looking at those song titles and thinking about how I felt when I lived in Seattle and how I’d probably feel if I was living in Canada like you apparently are now and I just wanna say that getting a 2’ square sun lamp and hooking it up to a mechanical timer so I could never be too depressed to turn it on in the morning probably saved my life when I lived in Seattle.

Full spectrum lights are the best thing ever. The dairy is better here, also.

There also was a temporary public sculpture up all winter across the street of these kind of hula hoop full spectrum lights that you could stand inside, which just seemed super civilized as public art.
