Eduardo's changing once again into a feral sheepdog. He's close to finishing up but parts of his limbs are not fully changed despite the full coat of fur.
Of course, Ed once more tries to vocalize anything, but all that came out was a loud BARK! So much for his voicebox again.

However, Eduardo heard from Mina that there might be a way for him to talk normally in dog form...
So for now, Ed's gonna have to rely on Joey to translate for him in the meantime.
