A collector of wayward magic, which they turn to stardust to decorate themselves with. When they gather enough wild magic, the creature can convert it into a single Wish, which they then turn into small stars, to be re-released into the night sky, and found by those whom need it. They are always shimmering, like a sentient pool of oil-slick magic.

He was born pure black, to better blend in with his homeland- However, his creative soul was far too bright to ignore, and using various naturally occurring materials in his biome, the creature painted his feathers into shades of bioluminescent greens and blues. When predators spot him, they only see the "snakes", so they stay clear, and search for better, easier prey.
