time to start off the MerMay Kickoff month with another one of my adopts turn mer from the amazing  Ocean_jewel

This is Jacko, a merotter from the kingdom of Mata Nui and a skilled fisherman. He uses his knowledge of the surrounding reefs and seaweed forests to nab not only plenty of fish but also which ones are the right size to be sold at a good price at the markets to merchants. Despite him being very skilled, he always respect the sea and only take what he needs and would release the ones that are young, doesn't take ones that aren't of size, or too old. When he isn't out on his fishing expedition, he often can be seen either at market to obtain materials for his fishing gear or to chat with merchants to get an idea what they need or at his hut repairing his gear and maintaining them as often they can get damaged from sharp reefs to feral wildlife. He love his job and the fact he is contributing to helping his kingdom floursih with his skills and the tradition to being a polynesian mer of Mata Nui
