Jubilee (but make it peropero sparkles)

I drew my character Jubilee in the style of the chipettes a few weeks ago, and had so much fun with it that ive been thinking about trying another style with him since then!
this time were trying the style of PeroPero Sparkles! I love these characters, and originally found out of them from getting their plush versions out of a claw machine game. I thought Jubilee would work really well in their style with his white base color and bright color scheme! Honestly, this makes me want to change his tail to be a green puffball rather than a white feathery end... well see
