On my Twitch channel, I've been streaming Theme Hospital every so often.
This is the thumbnail I made for the YouTube Vods of those streams.
Considering it's a comical hospital which is known for malpractice, I considered a blood splatter for the door window, but I figured that could apply to any horror game inside a hospital.
But Theme Hospital is the only game I know where an underpaid doctor could get pissed off at you, so I went with that.

I'm open to commissions for graphic design or drawings in my style, SFW or NSFW, for £50 per file.
Looking through my gallery, I do both drawings and Graphic Design.
Multiple different OC's will increase the price by £10 per extra OC.
