Psycho Sibyl
The inevitable big bad of the Poké Girls comic. I redesigned her to look more imposing, redid her back story, and finally settled on a color scheme (maybe).
She's a hybrid of various different pokémon parts; A Mewtwo body, Lugia hands, Blaziken hair, Lopunny feet, and Bruxish lips/teeth.
Once she's loose, she causes havoc for everybody.
