Yeah, i was thinking the same thing about padding, maybe some foam on the actual tube. but Im not really sure how you work a quad suit like if the stilts come out or if there stationary all the time inside the suit. but I may get inspiration to do my idea about a padded one c: i think it would be pretty interesting.

Well I made a little video showing how I made my arm stilts. They're out of PVC tubing and aren't attached to the costume. You just reach your arms in there and grab the handle and voila!

Yes and no. For mine I didn't always bother, so sometimes the fur would bunch up a little. For these photos I had a couple friends with me so they could adjust it better. I also had some foam around the front edge so that was also causing that to happen. If you don't put the foam or if you trim down the fur you might be able to avoid that little adjustment. I'll post some photos from me just walking around soon though so you can see the little bunching I mean. I don't think it's too terrible.
