Having to interact with people you have little to no common interests and having to adapt to whatever "the masses" are into ATM to get to places within any company or community/to be accepted or feel like you belong is something i'll NEVER understand nor be comfortable with.
Talent and/or hard work is overlooked and overshadowed by how good your social abilities are and how much you're willing to change what you are to whatever others expect you to be.
