Katty Katswell. Kitty's criminal twin sister whom unfortunately has all the favoritism from their mother. She once planned to basically switch places with her sister, pretending to be Kitty and forcing Kitty to look like Katty so she could continue her crimes and her sister would take the rap. While this would happen in one timeline only to get thwarted, here in Thiccverse-SBS, Katty barely managed to get a perfect copy of Kitty's uniform before Petropolis had its multiverse issue. Oh, she still intended on getting revenge on her sister, but then a thought struck her. If other worlds existed, then she could practically enter these worlds, do all the crimes she liked, and ruin her sister's name across the multiverse! This put her original plan on a grander scale! So, when she saw a portal to another city open up, Katty jumped at the chance to do some damage to sister's rep. Though it wouldn't be long before she ended up encountering other, more radical feline nuisances trying to get in her way.
