This was originally page 5 before I commissioned a different one from Greyofpta. Still this is how I intended to end the comic I might do a follow up pic later this year.
With the Sea Dragon parade balloon now deflated and Emmi now a parade balloon. Rex, Emmi, and Luna after she got her suit deflated got Bindi into a stretchy sea dragon suit to replace the lost balloon. Bindi got what she wanted being the star of the parade with Luna joining in as well after reinflating her suit, enjoying the karmic blowback Bindi suffered.
