Oh this is very clever on the commissioner's part! Love how there's still a bit of tf action in there with the slight breath the other guy gets starting to tf him. It's comparable to secondhand smoke in that way haha. the regular horse tfee does seem less sentient given the eyes and the body language though, interesting detail! Still love these comics so much
