After getting colonized by a slime that produces a large volume of hazy gas, it was determined that they couldn't remove it from her without risking her life. Her body was augmented to withstand the pressure and volume instead... with a few other goodies thrown in
The tail actually unfurls into multiple kitsune esque tails, they can be rotated like a fan to spread air around or try to hold tight to prevent any gas from leaking when her stomach's upset........ surely that will hold tight right?

Her eye color, the slime she can release from her palms and her stretchmarks all change color to match whatever "flavor" her slime has taken, which can change... she hasn't quite figured out how to control that yet, I guess she'll have to learn to survive with her body's other resident...
