Swimmer Lola as an adult
A grown-up version of the girl on the Slateport City beach, who challenges you to a battle using members of the Marill line. Ruby & Sapphire released in late 2002, early 2003 on the GBA, and there, Lola is a young girl holding onto an inflatable tube. I was thinking of what she'd look like 20 years later (so, basically how she would age in real-life). I believe she was around 5 years old in Ruby & Sapphire in 2002-2003, so she should be around 25 years right now. I believe Lola would stick to her water-themed habits and attire, since she used exclusively Water-type Pokémon in the games she's appeared in. I can imagine her still having a very strong friendship with her two now fully-evolved Azumarill! Maybe she could've caught and befriended something like a Goldeen or a Corphish.
It's just fun to think about what certain famous characters from the Pokémon games could look like sometime later.

Oh, wow! It's so hard to believe certain games are over twenty years old now. I still can't believe my most favorite game of all, Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island, will be thirty next year.

Pokemon has made a number of remakes and remasters. It would be interesting for them to create a version of the game where time has passed and a new adventure is taking place in one, or more, regions of the world. Being able to see how characters changed since the original journey would be most exciting. Perhaps Lola here would have become a gym leader with her Azumaril being at the top of her team? Maybe she managed to get other Pokemon to help compliment her team of FAIRY / WATER types? She could even have a bit of back story shared about her own Pokemon journey that brought her to where we see her in your picture?
