hehe, well, most of the time, its Snivy or formerly known as smugleaf is usually the one making fun of other snakes for not having limbs. But this is what happened when I got my Serperior when she was just a Snivy

Snakes did evolve from limbed lizards, and some snakelike lizards have tiny limbs. Actually, some snakes do still have limb 'spurs', the remains of their limbs.
Either way, very cute :3

snake do have limbs sometimes, their just very small. but they are not useless, male snakes use them to simulate the female when they mate .
