Her body has been augmented to be a high output "bioprinter," meaning she's able to produce large amounts of living beings in her lower body's bio-mechanical womb. In practice this means she can create large amounts of specifically engineered beings who can be as synthetic or organic as the project calls for. Her front belly acts like a scanner, allowing her to swallow people to scan them and do anything from produce many copies of them to rebirthing someone in a new body of her choice... this makes her a very effective medic, but also she is absolutely tickled at the prospect of being able to declare herself people's new mom and "improving" people with cuter or more "exotic" bodies so not all of her medicine jobs are the most reasonable or scientifically sound.... If she likes someone enough she might just eat them so she can have them reborn in a more mascot-y body, she finds the look more appealing for her staff/"family" and loves showering tiny grouchy people with affection

The sleak latexy substance that makes up her lower body has a slightly goopy consistency and can be reformed or shape to accommodate larger broods or other shenanigans she might have planned (like shaping her tail into a large tail maw). The floating tails around her main tail are multipurpose and to a degree independant, automatically scanning and feeling up her belly when she's not paying attention to check on the progress of her brood, or being used to display information. In a pinch they also work as a floating weapons array, able to form anything from spinning blades to a lightning bow and arrow for her to use.

She is the doctor who augmented my skunk sona's body, who she spared from her more scrimblo-y aesthetics.... the kitsune tail array was absolutely her idea though.
