Inspried by my recent trip to Japan. Spent a week up in Hokkaido searching for sacred cranes and managed to find some. Love those avians!

Oh! Well, I was badly mistaken then.
Well, all this is good stuff as always.

It is best to be early as always, and again,
good stuff as usual. I'll fave what I enjoy
most just to at least try to make up for comments.

I have a terrible habit of waiting till the last mintue and beign all stressed out and rushed. Every time I swear I'll start earliera and this year I actually did!

I love your using the crane for this piece. He looks so elegant!
I notice a line running thru the piece...is that from the scanner patching two images together?

(*Slow, sad nod....*)

Cranes / "Tsuru", are considered good luck... so when I took Fujin to Roswell Park Cancer Institute for her chemo treatments, we would always look at one of the creeks to see if any were there. (*Smiles*) Sometimes I forget the English word and can only say the Japanese one.
