Rosie ponders on life, the stories told, and all of the stories that will remain untold. She knows, though, that she'll always have her husband, Jeremy, there beside her.

Well... this has been a very hard and emotional decision to make. The Humanthro Condition will, unfortunately, be ending right here. I wanted to end on a happy note, at least. The past six months of hiatus have been very, very hard for me and this comic. I don't want to keep promising future updates "someday" and keep jerking you people around with nothing to show for it. Problems arose in October of last year, which had deeply affected me personally in my real life. The comic was put on hiatus, which unfortunately just continued to drag on longer and longer.
Starting in January the plan had been to shift focus on finishing the long-awaited Power Penguin sequel, The Battle for Quotherox. I finished writing the manuscript in January and February. I used March to edit. April was spent on making the final touches and getting the cover art commissioned. The book was finally published on April 28th, after seven long years. The comic had to suffer so that the book could be finished.
I do not want to have to end things here. If I could, I'd keep making comics like this forever. Unfortunately, life just does not permit that sort of thing. My greatest enemy has always been the perceived lack of time. There are, of course, more stories that could be told, but there just isn't the time to work on them. Like I said, I don't want to string you on for a future comic that might be delayed again and again. As the saying goes, all good things must come to an end. Stories have to be wrapped up and end. Well, all in all, six years is a hell of a good run.
Toodles.
