In many parts of the world, Galar most famously, Corviknight is often employed as a taxi bird. So even though they are giant steel-winged flying behemoths, it's still very much a point of pride for them.
Which is also something pelippers myself are often employed as, and take a lot of pride in.
Mind you, I never thought of us as rivals because riding with Corviknight and riding with Pelipper are two completely different experiences. Corviknight taxis fly with their passengers inside a huge basket like that of a hot air balloon that are kept from crashing to Earth by an impressive death grip, whereas people ride pelippers either on their backs or inside their beaks.
it would be like debating which is better: New Orleans seafood or New England seafood. One is crayfish, shrimp, oysters and crabs, the other is lobster, clams, scallops and cod. There's no fair way to compare them.
Corviknight seems to disagree though. Or, at the very least, was interested to know what all the hype was about.
I can't believe she managed to fit herself in me. And even less that she only conceded the pelipper flight experience is a six out of ten.
