Tonight, K-O the Kangaroo of the Brockton Rox is watching a pretty obscure kangaroo cartoon: "Jingaroo", a late 1990s direct-to-video edutainment series produced by Beckett Media (known for their trading card and comic book price guides and collectors' guides) and animated by DNA Entertainment (the now-defunct CGI animation studio that worked on "Jimmy Neutron", "The Ant Bully", and the Curiosity Company's adaptation of "Olive the Other Reindeer"). You may have seen this plugged in their Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh collectors' magazines. They involve the titular soccer-playing kangaroo character embarking in adventures across the outback with his friends Sydney the frilled lizard, Victoria the emu, Jabiru the Tasmanian tiger, Toot and Snoot the marsupial moles, and Humpty Doo the koala. The series is kind of cheesy but cute.
