Height: 360 to 386 ft.

Weight: 95,300 tons.

Abilities: Atomic Breath. Healing factor and durability. Strength. Immunity to radiation.

Personality: Serious. Can be smartass to piss her enemies. Always protect earth no matter what. Very territorial. Flirty, especially around Jet Jaguar. Lone warrior (Not anymore).

Likes: Eating radiation. Swimming around in the ocean. Relaxing. Godzilla JR (Her son). Mothra. Jet Jaguar. Dr. Serizawa (He was the only human to understand her). Kong (Maybe, it's complicated)

Dislikes: The military (They attack her on purpose). King Ghidorah. The Mutos. MechaGodzilla.

Allies: Jet jaguar (Husband). Mothra. Kong. Anguirus (Decease). Dr. Serizawa (Decease). Monarch.

Enemies: King Ghidorah (Decease). The Mutos (Decease). MechaGodzilla (Decease).

Background: Godzilla is a ancient radioactive lizard from Permian period, she is queen of the monsters. She did have friends like Anguirus until he was killed by another Kaiju. In 1954, the military uses plutonium to lure and then the bomb to "kill" her but Godzilla survives and is more powerful. She returns to fight the Mutos and become Earth's protector, however some people aren't into the idea like Sergeant Gabriel but Dr. Serizawa and Zack Taylor believe in Godzilla. She continues protecting Earth from many threats like the Mutos, King Ghidorah, MechaGodzilla and more. Despite of everything like losing her friends, Godzilla continues to fight the good fight and soon meets Jet jaguar, then gives birth to Godzilla JR. She loves both of them, Godzilla finally has a family and is not alone anymore.
