Aww, today was a sad episode, as Pinkie Pie's friends made excuses for not coming to her party, and she thought they didn't like her anymore. When her hair deflated to its childhood-on-the-rock-farm look, my immediate thought was, "Pinkazoid finally pinked in!" Fortunately she pinked back out at the end. Yay!
A couple of the best lines from the show inspired the lower drawing, of Boss Pinkie bossing Junior Executive Dash around.

Dear Princess Celestia,
This week I learned that surprise parties are actually a pretty bad idea sometimes. Also, do not cross Pinkie Pie. Not that she'll hurt you in retribution, but she gets really creepy when she's upset.
(EDIT: Now that there's a low-quality video of today's episode on YouTube courtesy of NorixWolf, I went back and reworded the dialog more accurately.)
