A while back I got a commission done featuring a new plague that causes ponies to become pinkie pie!
well, once again we see our dear princess Twilight succumb to this outbreak, failing to fight off this curse, and becoming just another pinkie,
whose only concern is to have fun and find more ponies to convert!
and sporting a huge bouncy butt while at it!
all it takes is one single hug from a pinkie pie, and then in minutes, you will begin changing to her! you can try to fight it! hold off those corrupting thoughts of baking cakes, and playing with your massive balloony butt!
but end the end all that will matter to you is having FUN!

Interesting, one of things that sparked my fascinating with this concept, was this old comic Iv seen where this guy gets covered in this pinkie sense powder stuff. After getting covered he began turning into pinkie pie, and was desperately trying to fight it.
He was actually putting up a good fight against it, till his computer notified him about a party, which unfortunately was too much for him to handle, losing the battle.
Afterwards he gives his friend a heart attack by jumping through his computer after seeing him in face cam, then proceeded to dump the pinkie sense powerder on his friend, causing him to change as well, and since he was there, he stopped his friend from resisting the pinkiefication
Really fun comic, only thing I wish was different, is that instead of becoming all muscular, that they would of gotten all busty and thick!

The fic I was referring to was a thing where twi decides to experiment with pinkie and the spell she uses backfires on her. Slowly it corrupts her mind as an inner pinkie convinces her to be more pinkie. She then uses her magic to spread the pinkification to other ponies~

Finally read the story! It's definitely interesting, and ai enjoyed reading it
Personally I would probably not have the pinkie voice in her head, and have it be more of the personality shift on its own.
I probably would also have more resistance too, like twilight attempts to live her normal life but finds herself unable to stop acting like pinkie pie.
She'd probably would realize this is becoming a big problem and try to reverse it, when pinkie talks to her and pinkie starts convincing her that it's not that bad, probably hitting the final nail.
It probably need a bunch of reworking tho with my version
