Was looking at the mons I've done and thought I did an Empoleon before but I saw I didn't.

So there's not one but 2 WiPs.

Changes made from #1: (WiP #2)
The crest had been adjusted.
The back of the beak has been reshaped to match the reference.
Crest and Beak now has battle damage
Head feathers had been changed since the crest was edited.
Shading has been added.

Notes:
Much like the Blaziken and Samurott. This Empoleon also has some battle damage.
Instead of giving it a more metal(?) collaring. I've changed it to resemble feathers instead.
This will also be a full body but I wanted to focus on the head first to work on the detailing.
