I was gonna make Rainbow Dash from Friendship is Magic next, but I realized I had all the right colours to make Gallade, so I did him instead. Obviously.
Gallade! My favorite Psychic type Pokemon, and third favorite Pokemon in general. I have one on Platinum named Nupraptor. :>
The green is a lot more vibrant IRL.
The hardest part to make on this guy was his head. I went about it the way I did Darkrai's torso. Made a hollow frame, and wove the pipecleaners around it.
His torso is a little flat, and he has no neck. But that really couldn't be helped with the way I made him. DX;
His cheek tufts are a bit wonky, too.
Fucking love the way his arms turned out, though.
He's top heavy and can't stand by himself, hence the glass mug behind him.
Ha ha, my pipecleaner sculptures just keep getting bigger and bigger, it seems. That first little Mannequin is so tiny compared to most of my recent creations.
I LISTENED TO NOTHING BUT DRAGONFORCE ON REPEAT THE ENTIRE TIME I DID THIS. FUCK YEAH, I FEEL PUMPED NOW.
