If someone in a fantasy setting is confident enough to use a rifle with a heart-shaped barrel, I'm pretty sure they're gonna hit whatever the hell they're aiming at.

As it turns out, there was a gun with a heart shaped barrel in real life too. Some people say that the heart shape would actually kinda work like early rifling because the twisted barrel.
