cute you have a pet bat

i know people tend to give bats a bad rap but they are quite cute. what kind of bat was it and what became of it?

it was a brown bat that decided to make an apearence in my home. at the time my 2 friends were running around screaming and covering their heads. i put on some gloves, got a pillow case and chased it around the room till i cought it and then let the little darling outside to catch more bugs. i have cought 3-4 and released them.
