I actually get the clean lines thing a lot. I cheat. I used the line tool on photoshop to get that crisp look XD
Thank you, I thought her eyes came out really well too. But then again, I don't think Marie could make a bad picture X3

PQs white dust technique? I have always done that on naga to give the feeling of scales. To be honest it is actually a really small leaf pattern XD
