I honestly cannot recall if this character actually had a name...it was so long ago since I saw the actual cartoon.

That's why the design looked soo familiar... Bluth did seem to partially recycle the looks of some of his characters. The first character that came to mind for me was Goldie from Rock-a-Doodle.
Man do I wish he'd stop doing the classes and get back to actual animating.... I miss his movies....

Don Bluth perhaps has had some of the most intresting and moving films and books that's not afraid to touch along the realistic side of things in a story. The secret of NIMH and Titan AE are some of his best works I've been able to watch. It's a shame some of his works have become obscure I've never seen this character before until now, or at least I remember anyway... or perhaps I'm just out of touch more than I thought
