It was midnight upon the sea, the sound of thunder making it's way through the creaking hull of the ship. As you ease your way past the heavy door and step into the largest room aboard the fine vessel, your eyes alight upon an unexpected sight. It was not treasure, not even maps- but the copper captain himself, slumbering in his chair. The seafaring protogen is fast asleep, and a good thing too with you sneaking aboard uninvited...With a paw lifted and planted over the top of a small chest, any consideration of taking it was out of the question. He sat there comfortable as could be; a dim glow to his visor, heavy tail twitching, and a light swell in his chest with every breath. His lap looked quite inviting, and he was most certainly more warm than the storm outside pattering rain upon the windows behind him. Perhaps he wouldn't mind just a little snuggle while he's powered down..? You could smell the seabreeze scent coming off of his fur, his dimmed expression so peaceful and content. Maybe you should let the captain remain aslumber, to dream of better shores and tropical drinks. That would be the safest option...
